tiking noise 2000 malibu

i have a small head gasket leak wich seams everyone has on that car but it started tapping like it does at cold starts but dosnt go away now it taps with the rpms no mader how fast or slow you go dosnt git louder just faster as you speed up......

Get ready to get a new motor. You can try to bandage it by adding Lucas Oil Stabilizer

You could have the infamous piston slap.
Btw... a small head gasket leak is a big deal.
