Im replacing the water pump and Im having problems moving the tensioner pulley by myself. any suggestions i am a small lady.

 

To move the tensioner place a socket and breaker bar on the hex and rotate it counterclockwise. The longer the breaker bar, the more leverage you will have. If you don't have a breaker bar you can slide a piece of pipe onto a ratchet to lengthen the handle and gain leverage.
