I have a 99 Lumina that for some reason does not like to start when it has rained or raining. My wife says that the car has all power but nothing happens when she turns the key.the car will start after 10 min's or so.The starter and battery have been changed in the past month. last summer I by-passed the VATS system and i'm thinking that maybe the connection may be the fault ? Also a friend told me that it may be the ground cable from the battery to the engine block. thoughts????
