Default coolant leak

i have a 96 monte carlo with a stock 3.1 with a bad coolant leak i already replaced the head gasket and the head wasnt warped. it seemed fin for about a week after the fix but start to leak again from the back of the engin. any ideas?

3.1 and 3.4 are horrible for intake gasket leaks
