Exclamation Lumina '99 oil leak above starter

Hi,

As mentioned my 1999 Chevrolet Lumina (3.1) has an oil leak above the starter. Last time the starter failed because it was full of oil and dirt. Then it had a big oil leak which resulted to be the oil pressure sender and was replaced immediately in an autoshop.

Almost 4 months has passed and the leak started again, draining the engine oil to less than 1/4. Also, the low level was very low and the light sensor didn't turn on. I checked it myself and cleaned the engine with degreaser and it was leaking again in the same place (oil pressure sender).

I can fix this myself better than the crappy autoshop if I knew what it was.
The question is, what is really the problem here?

Is it the oil pressure sensor? Is it screwed in enough, assuming it's not cross threaded?

Solved! I changed the oil pressure sensor and no more leaks, maybe the previews one was defective/
