Blower motor removal

Default Blower motor removal

A mouse died in my blower motor and I can't figure out how to remove the blower motor to remove it. Please help my car smells awful.

the blower motor is located in the passenger seat footwell. if equipped, remove the insulator panel. screws and insulator panel. remove the blower motor insulator cover screws. disconnect the electrical connectors. remove the blower insulator cover. pull down on the blower lock tab and turn the blower motor counterclockwise.
