engine light and Transmission Temperature

Default engine light and Transmission Temperature

Check in light stays on and the transmission Temperature hovers above
200 degrees in about five minutes of driving and 15 minuted of idling do anyone have any clue what might be the causie for this ,I had the transmission fluid changed approximate 4 months ago at a Chevy dealership
