Default Help troubleshooting

So recently my 2000 blazer LT has been making an abnormal thud/ pounding from the rear whenever I steer the vehicle while it’s in motion. I don’t want to assume it’s the rear diff. Has anyone else heard of something like this? I really don’t want to get rid of it, it’s in such good condition.

Visually inspect the rear for anything broken or loose. Check the sway bar links and bushing, the shocks the universals, etc.
