hello i have a problem i'm trying to switch out my 91's engine with my dads s-10 92, now in that whole year between 91-92 the company changed something in the engines. In my 91 the oil well is clear and there's nothing in it but a splash plate now i'm switching carburetors and the 92 has a spinning bar connected to the timer in the oil well i needed to know what that is, what does it do, and can it be removed so i can put my 91's intake on the 92. it also spins when i turn the flywheel
