My name is Robert. My wife (Salee) and I have decided we want an old Suburban to restore and build.

We just moved to Pagosa Springs Co. We have a Toyota 4runner 2wd. We know we'll need a 4x4 and the suburban is our goal.

Welcome Robert. Want to look for one in a larger city (they never use the 4 wheel in town and sometimes park in the garage too). Out where you are, they run the crap out of 'em and pawn them off on new arrivals. At least that's been my experience. Nice of you and Salee to join us.

Very good info. The ones I've seen here around town are pretty thrashed. The that are not, are not for sale..!!
