Hi everyone. New guy here, let me start out saying, I have actually been a mopar guy for a long time (sorry), but my wife decided she wanted to get a street rod.

Its a 41 Chrysler (sorry again) but its got a 37 Chevy nose and a 350/350 combo, with a 9 inch in the back.

I have been trying to find the previous owner to ask what all was used in the build but can't find him, the resto shop that did the work does not have the records anymore either.

My question is how can you tell what the frame is from? Is there a serial number somewhere? It looks like the engine mounts are in the correct place, so I am assuming its a GM frame. I was told its from a 79 monte, but my son has one and it looks nothing like his frame, its got a really narrow crossmember.

The engine is a crate motor, no vin on it
