Default Newbie, 1st Chevy, 2nd GM

Hello all, In the interest in full and fair disclosure I've always been kind of a Blue Oval guy. BUT... I just bought a 92 Z24 Convertible (3.1) for my daughter, which brings me here. I previously bought my son a 97 Grand Prix GT (3800) which we've had great luck with, so we thought we'd give the Cavalier a try. Plus the price was too good to pass up.

The cars been sitting a while though, and things do go wrong with cars that sit, so I'm sure I'll be on here a lot looking for advice. In fact, my first question went up last night in the Cavalier section. Looking forward to learning more about Chevy's after all these years!

Welcome to the forum! We don't mind that you are mostly Ford. These days, its American that counts.

Thanks, everyone! If the first two days are an indication of what's to come, this car will be keeping me busy in my garage and on this forum. Hopefully driving it again will help.

Hmmm... I'm a bit disappointed so far. Two posts with questions and zero replies.

Patience is good. Actually most of the folks here work for a living and may not get on as often as they'd like....they'll answer.
