operable rear side windows in an hhr

Default operable rear side windows in an hhr
I have a 2006 hhr and I put my dogs in the back and I am wanting to make the back windows operable, maybe just pop out I dont know what thats called but like in a extended cab truck the back windows just pop out a couple inches. I dont know any suggestions.
