Recent Ford Convert
I'm the proud owner of a new (to me) 1999 Suburban 2500. I've owned a few Fords in the past, but most recently, my F350 dumped a bunch of transmission fluid when towing a semi-light load. I worked on that thing all summer - pulled the tranny and everything - and it still didn't work. Don't even get me started about the Explorer I used to have. And certainly not about Dodge.
Anyway, this is my first recent foray in to a full-size Chevy. Did my first test tow with the horse trailer last night, and everything was fine. I could barely tell it was back there.
I had a GMC Sonoma and a Cavalier back in the day, and I remember them to be good vehicles.
My Suburban isn't perfect, but that's acceptable, given its age. So I'll be hunting around for helpful things and try to contribute when possible
