you need to replace your speakers, I have an '07 silverado and the speakers stoped working at about 36k miles, but they only worked in the heat of the day and quit over night or on rainy days it is frustrating

Hey there! This is what I've been looking for.

I have an 08 Silverado and I had noticed the chime was getting quieter and quieter, then all of a sudden I realized the left door speaker was dead. I can barely hear the chime through the tiny speaker on the "A" pillar.

The dealer said speaker, so today I opened the door up and "jump wired" another speaker but nothing happened. Got almost 36K on it.

Hmmm. Just change out the speaker? Would be nice to rock on at an even keel again.
