Everytime I got to turn my truck it let's out the most loud high pitched squeal and I wanna know how to fix it any suggestions?

 

Welcome to the forum..

All the belts in good shape and tensioned
Is it the power steering pump?
Is the AC on when you start it? (clutch slipping)

May want to have someone start if for you while you watch over the engine and see if you can isolate its general location...

Non of the air works nor are the parts for it on the truck
ILL check the beLtd I think it's the power steering pump belt not being tight enough

 

I checked the belt it is tight and the power steering pump is fI'll what should I try next?
