How do you contact Chev (Factory) Customer Service?

Chevrolet.com is a 3rd-party vendor disconnected from factory according to rep I spoke with. Terrible reviews. So how does an owner connect with actual Chevrolet?

Sorry old chevy. No connection there to factory. Just 3rd-party CS. Got a dealership issue? No help there.

Many years ago I had an issue with Chevrolet and they helped me. I guess times have changed.
