It's a big project, especially removing the interior panel above the wheel well. I was able to remove entire assembly on my '07 LTZ and once I looked at the motor assembly, I discovered the main gear assembly was totally stripped, as it's a plastic gear meshing with a stainless steel drive unit....seriously!! So now I'm in the process of locating another motor. Dealerships want $550.00...YIKES!
