Default 1997 K1500 4x4 Centurion?

Can anyone tell me anything about a pickup I'm looking at? A 1997 K1500 4x4 Crew cab short box? Or what it's worth? Can't find much info on it. I'll up load pics as soon as I can

first thing you have to do is figure out why the bed and cab dont align.

The frame is in pretty rough shape under the cab. I'm trying to figure out if it would be worth spending the money to fix it.

I hear these are know for some sagging. On this one the frame is solid looks great except for where they extended it under the cab whole bottom lip is gone in couple spots no cracks at all. I'm trying to see if this would be worth fixing.

if the bottom lip is gone the frame isnt solid. that would explain if the cab and bed were touching on top of the bed but this damage looks side to side or is that just a camera illusion?

Yeah I should have been more specific the cab in front and behind where the extension was put in (factory frame) is prefect just surface rust. It's on the extension under the cab on both side a few spots the lip is gone. Side to side it's straight it's just the way it's sitting. And I didn't notice anything with the cab and bed line until I started reading about these and took these picks. He is asking 3000 it's a buddy. Runs and drives decent front end is sloppy needs breaks motor sounds good bone dry no mess under hood. Interior is pretty fair. I have access and resources to have it fixed I just don't know if it would be worth it in the end. What are one of these worth if it was to be restored?

the frame shouldnt have any extensions from the factory, it should all be one solid piece. if something looks like its been added then either someone modified a reg cab truck frame (not gm) or they attempted to repair a rusty frame. i have a 91 square crew cab, gm made the frame solid. if it was me i might pay 3k for one of these if the frame was in good condition along with the rest of the truck. if it was an older square then i could see someone paying 3k for it because they tend to go for a little more than the 88-98 style
