2002 Suburban Issues
Hey y'all,
I was recently gifted a 2002 Suburban with close to 250,000 miles on it (Odomotor stopped working around 200,000) and it will be my first car, my dad tells me I need to drop around $1000 on parts and labor, adding shocks, brake pads, possibly suspensions. Since I have to put some money and elbow grease into the car, are there any important mods or recommendations y'all recommend improving my quality of life with the suburban?
Thanks in advance.
I also forgot to mention there were major Transmission problems to the point where my local mechanic and expert on transmissions said it was a lost cause (been like that for about 3 weeks) then 2 weeks ago when my dad changed the oil and took it to work the transmission miraculously fixed itself, not sure if this will be a problem again later.
