Default Replaced fuel filter...now wont start??

just changed fuel filter on my 2.4l sunfire gt, like I have done before, but this time it wont start, is it possible its air locked? after searching forums I discovered there is no shrader valve to purge(let air out) with key on i can hear fuel pump kick on, so I know its working fine, any ides on what I can try to get this car going, thank you in advance!

The fuel pump may be working, but is it producing sufficient fuel pressure to run the engine. Check your fuel pressure first. It may be just a coincident about it not starting after filter change.
