hello, we have a 97' silverado with factory engine, we will change the old engine for a used engine gen III, we have a question about the instrument cluster,ż is possible use the instrument cluster corresponding the "new" engine in the dash panel from the 97´silverado?, because the other option is allow the old instrument cluster in perfect running, but is that possible?

and the other question is about the ignition switch. we can install the ignition switch from the gen III engine in the truck, my doubt is the years apart between the two engines.
