Have you inspected the shock?

Default Bad Shocks

Replace your shocks and the issue will resolve itself. If unable to replace the shocks, you can test by spraying the shock main rod with some lubricating spray.. Liquid Wrench, WD-40 or the like, and take it on a bumpy test drive. The squeak should be gone, if so, you have a worn shock, and you need to replace it.

My blazer was doing the same thing. When I checked it out, it was just a broken stabilizer link. Replaced the link and the squeaking stopped.
