89 S10 PU 2WD 2.5L Shuts Down after 5 Min
So I have been chasing a ghost in my engine, when we start it up it runs for about 5 to 6 minutes and then shuts off, just like someone turned the key off, but if I pull the coil wire and put a spark plug on it it still has spark. Seems that something is turning off the fuel supply.
Here is what has been done so far:
1. Removed the Head cleaned and checked for true, good there, reinstalled with all new gaskets.
2. Replaced the Fuel Pump
3. Replaced the Distributor Pickup Coil, ICM, Rotor, Cap, Plug Wires and Plugs
4. Replaced the Coolant Temp Sensor (Had a code for it) no other codes though
5. Fuel Filter is new, check filter screens around Injector, they were clean
6. Checked fuel Pump Relay, working good.
7. Checked Fuel Pressure Regulator, working correctly
8. EGR in good shape, control valve working correctly
9. Good flow through exhaust
So does any one have any ideas what might be causing this??
