Hi I just got my 91' s10 blazer out of sitting for about 3 yrs. the steering column was junk so we swapped it, the battery, and it started great.
The problem is a kind of whining noise that follows acceleration. It sounds like its coming from some sort of?ACpump? running on the serpentine belt. seems like maybe some little clutch thingy on it might not be doin its thang? Any suggestions would be appreciated, i dont know much about cars and the whine is very annoying.
