i got a 95 2.2l and threw in a 2.2l from a 2000. i have changed all the wiring, front to rear, gas tank, fuel pump, well pretty much everything. now that it is complete, i try to turn it on but doesnt do anything at all. but when i turn the key to pull it out i hear the Idle Air Control Valve make a buzzing noise and a click on the relay under the driver side click. could be wrong with it?

would it be a ground issue? or something like that?

entire harness swapped
does not crank
starter doesn't even kick on
battery is fully charged
fuel pump doesn't turn on
security light on, on cluster
high beam light on cluster on ( don't have light bulbs for it plugged in)
