95 s10 transmisson

can i swap a manual trany for and automatic if so will it bolt up to the origanal engine i have a 95 s10 4wd 4.3

ya you can do it but i think your going to need a new pcm not sure.

the cars computer cuz a auto tranny has wires to it to shift gears the manuel does not and the comter tells the tranny when to shift gears but it can be done it just will be alot of work. you will need the pcm plus wire harness steering coulm with the shifter a auto tranny with harness and a new gluster.... sorry about the spelling
