Default 96 S10 Flooding

My S10 was having some problems missfirreing. I fixed the problem by replaceing the sparkplugs and wires. About 3,000 miles later it started missfireing again. I checked the pluges and the #3 piston plug was fouled out. I decided to go ahead and remove the head and check the gasked and valves. I had the head overhauled at a machine shop. while everything was apaprt I decided to clean everything. After I got the engine back together, I tried to start it up. the engine locked up on me after about 30 sec. I removed the spark plugs to investegate. My piston wells where flooded with fuel. I read my maintenace manuel and found out about the injectors O rings are a possibility for the proplrm. So I replaced my injector O rings again. Tried to start the engine again and it is still flooding. If anyone has come across this proplem before, please share on what the proplem was.
