Alternator

I have a 99 S-10 with a 4.3l motor.When idling my alternator charges,rev the motor & it stops.Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

From:

you will probably have to have it tested,but it sound's liken the voltage regulator is going bad .auto zone can probably test it .
