Default Chevy s10 Help ASAP please & Thank you

Hello guys I just purchased a chevy s10 LS 2002 with 108,000 Miles And when I checked out it was acting a little stupid but I'm decently inclined with mechanics and have my thoughts but I would like to run it by the pros here...

I AM GETTING A SERVICE SOON LIGHT CODE WAS LEAN BANK 1

First problem : Truck shakes slight at idle rough idle.

Second problem : It feels sluggish some times when accelerating some times it's fine..

Third problem: Wont start on first try but second try starts every time instantly

I changed all plugs to ac delco platinum , Wires seem new , I believe it's getting spark just fine I think the problem is related to fuel my guess is a bad injector in # 2 as that was the only plug that was darker then the rest. I put a brand new fuel filter in and it started fine on the first try it got late ill test again when the trucks cold and see if that issue is resolved. I also put some fuel additive in the gas only a 2/3 through the tank

Any advice on what to try next or replace would be great thanks guys !!

is the bank 1 referring to your injectors or your O2 sensors?
