enging spins over very slow but starts every time

when starting the engine,it spins over very slow,like a weak battery,but the battery is fine and charging system works fine. and answers ? thanks

Possibly the starter is going bad or battery cables are loose or corroded. Check the cables at both ends.

Had the same issue with a different vehicle, and it turned out to be corrosion on a couple of the ground wires that connect to the block and heads.
