I have been working lately to lower my Blazer. I lowered the rear with blocks, but I may go back with a shock ad spring kit because it rides bad. My spindles are due to be delivered Friday to lower the front. Someone told me I could lower the rear end on my S-10 by putting a wood or metal block in between the axel and the leafs springs or something, is that what you tried?

 

Don't do it with wood. I have an aluminum block kit. You can buy them froman auto-part storeright off the shelf for $34[/align] [/align][/align]Spindles are supposed to be delivered today, so I'll post pics when I get them in![/align]

 

The spindles came in today. Turns out they are the wrong spindles. They fit pre-97 Blazer. I just ordered a set that definately are the right ones and I'm returning the others.

 

Still waiting on my 98-04 spindles to come in. Unfortuantely they are via USPS, so there is no telling when they are gonna be in.

 

The correct spindles came in Friday. They were used, soI sandblasted them andpainted them before I put the on.
It was a bit of a beyotch to change them, but I got it done!
