Default have you had this happen

ok so this only happens when the weather is warm outside, when im on the freeway..about an hour into driving my 4.3L s-10 starts to stall out, now if i floor it it will start to go again but if i dont it will die....now i can restart it and it'll go but wants to soon die after , unless i punch it again. if i have the rpm's up high it doesnt have any problems but in 5 oclock retard hour traffic its kinda hard(i have to drive like a psycho) whats wrong with it.......1995 s10 4.3l
runs perfect when in cold weather

If you can find an OBD I scan tool that would help. Sounds like a fuel problem to me. Might want to check your fuel pressures. Have you replaced anything yet? I'd certainly check out your ignition system components, as well.

sounds like its running rich. all the conditions you describe it running well are when it needs a larger fuel demand...cold..wot. What do the plugs look like...black=rich
check the ect sensor reading and 02 sensor readings...if they are askew it could run rich. h igh fuel pressure as och said is another cause to be rich.
