it is a 4.3l it have 197*** miles 2wd auto and when i am at a stop sign and start to go again it hops intill i hit like 10mph then stops but when i do a burnout or something like that it will not do it but i checked alot of the stuff it could be but i dont know what it is when i am up in speed it does not do it neither it so it can not be an axle at least i dont think so but i looked at the beck rear passager side drum and it had like a oil slug on it and i was think it might be the bearing is and one knows what it is let me know thanks??????

 

i had this issue with the same engine and a little more miles on it i replaced the throttle positioning sensor and it fixed the issue
