Do you mean the 1983 ECU or the 86?

I did find ECU wiring for the 1983 - I just can't find a "leg" going to the SES/MIL.

Tell you what ... I'll send data for both later, but right now I'm going across town to Harbor Freight. I know the quality of their merchandise varies but I'm like a kid in a candy store when I get inside.

Finally, my Vue has one of the 250 horse Honda VTEC engines and 5 speed AT. A plastic body and too many ponies. This is far more than an old man like me needs. The darn thing loves to squat and scoot.

Evansblue &
far2grumpy...

Yes this forum stuff is new to me.I believe I said that a bit back.I never was into chat rooms and such. This seams like what this is here.To me a forum I thought was freedom of speech. But here I guess it's a Political thing .Okay for some and not for others.Myself I'am human I make mistakes and also disagree at times with others.Because that's part of the Human thing I also thought that far2grumpy and myself had moved on with it.I don't think I was unkind to far2grumpy...But I guess I was wrong cause here you are chiming in with what I believe I was moot .So you know I have a life and because I am Human and will disagree and argue. When I think things are not right.I got other things to do with it so I go back to it.Hey by the way Nice Welcome to the new guy.....
And right back at you
Good - Day

TTCA ... that'll be short for Turn This Car Around in the future.

I believe you and me are on the straight and level now. Any prior disagreements are like water under the bridge. I'm like a goose ... I wake up in a new world every morning.

So, you asked how many wires are connected to the ECU and I wasn't sure if you meant the 83 or 86 2.8 S-10.

I have both drawings and they're too big to post to the forum. I can email if you have an address. You can use the private message format to send the email address and it'll be concealed from everyone but me.

Otherwise, I can cut and paste some of the info if it will help you out.
