Exclamation Need help timing my 2000 4.3 Blazer

I just recently finished a bottom end rebuild on my 2000 4.3 Blazer. When reinstalling the timing chain sprockets and cover i aligned the balance shaft and camshaft sprockets as told by the haynes manual. Same with the camshaft outer timing sprocket and crankshaft sprocket. my porblem is i am not sure if the engine is timed correctly because the mark on the harmonic balancer and the outside of the timing cover are not aligned, which makes me want to think that its out of time. If there is anyone who can give me some insight on this situation it would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to put the motor back in the vehicle and have it be out of time and then have to pull it back out. It becomes a pain to do this. Thank you

From what I read of it if you installed everything the way the manual says to than you should be golden. Lining up the timing marks on the cam gear and the crank gear puts it in time. All the ignition control is done by the PCM. If you did it all and #4 Cyl. is on TDC on the Compression stroke you did it right
