Question Possible installing cruise on 98 Blazer BASE??

So, I'm thinking of either buying a kit for cruise control, or getting one from a junk yard. But I have a few questions..

First of all, is my Blazer already wired for cruise> does it just need control arm?

To my understanding some vehicles already are.

Would anyone mind telling me how I would go about such a task? lol

Dismantling my current wiper rod, putting the new one in.. getting everythign to work

O! And how to get the one off of the junked car?

I'm really clueless. Lol. My dads a mechanic and will be guiding me through the process, but i have to know the majority of information and have the rods ect..

Buy the kit, junk yards cruises are most of the time missing parts or have been cut to hell.

Wipers are normal easy.

1. Remove the nut cover cap from the bottom the wiper arms
2. Remove the nut with socket or wrench 13mm to 15mm socket or wrench
3. Mark the current location of the wipers with BLUE PAINTERS TAPE on the windshield.
4. Grabbing the wiper arm, pull it off the wiper transmission, you may need to rock it back and forth to remove. it, but do not try to turn it as you will strip the wiper transmission mount.
5. replace the wiper arms with new one pressing it onto the wiper transmission hub, and aligning the blade on the blue reference tape. Test wiper blades with
6. retighten the nut
7. replace the nut cap.
