Washer fluid and horn not working/vehicle almost stalls
Went to use the horn and it didn't work. Then went to use the wiper fluid (not the wipers) and that didn't work. AND the whole vehicle almost stalled out when I used the wiper washer switch while driving. The check engine light starts flashing and the truck almost dies. It's a 2001 Chevy Blazer. Do you think it could just be a fuse or do you think it's a broken wire? Thanks.
