Wont go in OD

Wont go in OD
Today I was driving home from having some mud fun, and my truck wont go in 4th gear.
If im coasting, it will go into 4th gear (i know this because if i shift down to "D" it kicks back) but if i hit the gas pedal, it shifts back to 3rd before accelerating even at almost 60.
I cant find much help online, someone please help me.
