Alternator tested fine & brand new battery.. battery won't stay charged

Alternator tested fine & brand new battery.. battery won't stay charged
2000 Silverado 5.3 4wd
Truck will only start when jumped by another vehicle or my jump box. Has a brand new battery and the alternator tested in good condition. Truck drives fine without any issues once started. I have noticed that sometimes the negative terminal comes loose and it has to he tightened but other than that there isn't anything, other than once truck is turned off it needs a jump to run again
