What does the yellow triangle with exclamation point mean? Every time I put the phone in the charging pad, the ibattery charging icon initially shows green battery. Then a few seconds later a yellow triangle appears with an exclamation point covering the charging icon.

Took it to the dealer and they claim nothing wrong when they charge their devices. Trying to tell me it is because my phone is updating. But it happens to both my phone and my partners phone ALL THE TIME We have removed covers to ensure full contact with pad.

WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN AND HOW DO WE FIX IT??
