Default 07 Chevy. classic lighting issues

I drive a 07 Chevy classic 4x4 1500 yesterday I noticed when I shut off truck my tail nights stay on and while driving tail lights are on headlights are off. all fuses are good every thing else. works fine and my cruise control won't turn o Nb either that fuse is good any ideas

Sounds like the brake lights are staying on, which will prevent the cruise from working.

Check the brake light switch.
