Anyone that wants to do some of their own fuse checking might consider investing in a decent test light.. To check most ATO fuses all you need to do is clip the ground clip to a good ground source then proceed to probe each fuse right on top of the fuse through the small opening. No need to remove the fuse, , if it has power on one end it should have power on the other end of the fuse opening. If power is only on one side and not the other , the fuse is open. You can check all the fuses in a panel in less than 30 seconds. Keep in mind some fuses will require the key to be in the on position, but the test is the same.
IMPORTANT; ALWAYS TEST AND CONFIRM A GOOD GROUND CONNECTION BY TOUCHING A KNOWN POWER SOURCE AND THE LIGHT SHOULD LITE !
