fuel pumps
Guys my 98 Z71 5.7 loves fuel pumps. I have owned the truck for 8 years and it's on the 4th fuel pump. I think the 4th one is going out now. Any ideas on why. Thats really the only problems I have with it. 250,000 miles and running great, I'm just tired of buying $300 pumps every couple years. Thanks.

I change the filter about twice a year and everytime I put in a new pump. Also I always fill up because the fuel gauge hasn't worked in awhile. I change the filter and the fuel pump relay today and that didn't help. I'm sure its the fuel pump again, I just hate to buy one until I find out whats up. May have to try the genuine AC Delco.
