hid problems 07 silverado

OK I got a set of pug n play HIDs. I connect the driver side up and test them before mounting everything and when I turn the lights on they blow the 20amp fuse as soon as they are turned on. Whats my problem? Do I need a relay kit?

You need a relay kit. They pull too much current for your stock wiring.
