i have a 2007 silverado nbs i have flickering with my hids i just purchased a anti flickering kit will this work

I assume I would but I've never heard of it. They flicker because of the auto turn on function for your lights. They turn on automatically and when you try to start the truck it takes power from the ballast to start it causin a flicker. Ballasts get burnt up that way real fast
