Default leaky slip yoke

Ok I have a question. The yoke on my transfer case (output side going to the drive shaft) is leaking thru the middle of it. There looks like a freeze plug of some sort in the middle of the yoke. Can this seal be replaced and can I buy it at a local auto parts place, or do I have to take it to a tramission place to get it fixed, or do I have to buy a new slip yoke?
