OK I have a 2006 Silverado 1500 extended cab WT. I would like a nicer grille. Will any of the other models fit this truck like the LS or the Z 71. Just looking for something I could find at the salvage yard. What years might fit too. Thanks

2003-mid 2007 will fit. grilles typically fit any silverado regardless of trim level i.e base, ls,lt, z71, wt. so any other questions feel free to ask us.

Right now I have a three peice grille assembly. It is chrome in the middle and black plastic in between the headlights and the daytime lights. I would like to get a one peice chrome that replaces all three peices. I just put chrome nerf bars onso I was looking to keep with that look.

sounds good. a lot of online sites have full chrome replacement grilles or just overlays. i prefer full chrome replacements because down the road you can see thru the overlay and it looks cheap. so maybe this helps.
