Hello all

I bought a 00 chevy ext.cab 1500 a month or so ago.

Well its the plain jane vesion, no power windows or door locks, no flip down center console

I searched a few sites and cant find anything on this.

My question is if i find a donor truck with the power windows and door locks, can i swap them into my truck without any modifying? I know i would need the doorpanels and all the door guts for the swap

I know alot of the older ford trucks, in the main wiring harness have the plugs for the power windows and lock just some trucks dont use them

Is chevy the same way? Cause id like to have power windows and door locks...Another thing what about keyless entry ?

Also what truck year seats will fit in the truck without having to drill new holes so i can have a flip down center console....my arm gets tired when not shifting

no the harness isnt there it could be done aftermarket alot easier as for the flip up seatany of them from 99-07classic should fit
