I just replaced my torque converter yesterday and it didn't solve my problem. My truck is still idling at 10mph, squealing & valves pinging ,motor trying to go at stop signs, etc which lead me to believe it was the torque converter. Replacing it hasn't helped at all. I also replaced the filter and there were no metal shavings or anything in the old one. No codes have come up at all. I have not been driving it so I don't damage anything.
I am taking it to my local dealer tomorrow to see what they think. Before I do that I was hoping someone had an idea of what my problem might be. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
